Bury Orange Dropline

There are orange drop lines in the yard.  Most of the ones on the street have been buried already , but the ones in my yard are still there. It's been over a year.  The ones across the street were recently done, which made me think the ones in my yard would be soon as well, but no luck.  When can I expect them to be buried?

Hello and how are you doing today? I am very sorry to hear that your line has not been buried yet. Let's get your account pulled up and get one of our awesome techs out there to burry the line! Will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:  

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary 

 • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

 • Press Enter to send your message
