Never received my $250 rewards card

I just waited on the phone for 30 minutes before getting automatically kicked off with the promise of a call back. I know that call back will never happen. That’s why I stayed in the line 30 minutes in the first place. I received notice that my rewards visa card shipped in December. Despite being annoyed by the absurdly long shipping time quoted, I waited patiently. After waiting a few extra weeks, it’s now obvious it will never arrive. Can someone please help? I wouldn’t even have purchased the phone if I knew I would have to go through this.

Thanks for responding. It was for Xfinity mobile. I just spoke with a rep who said they would re-issue the rewards card and to expect it in 7-10 business days. I’ll update my post with the status when it arrives

I can't get ahold of anybody for status of my 200 visa card. Was supposed to arive by 4/23 originally. After checking status Online it says it was shipped 5/7/21.

It is now 7/10/21 and I'm still waiting. On phone with obnoxious music multiple times trying to reach someone. After waiting for total time of 1.5 hours. I'm writing here. I feel cheated and I have been taken advantage of. As a customer, I Expect to receive what was promised by Xfinity, in a REASONABLE timely manner.
