Service Failure

My mother is 90 years old and her phone and tv are not working correctly. It is simply impossible for her to get help.  She is not capable of restarting her system, yet Xfinity will not answer the phone, just recording after recording, not an option to speak to a live customer service rep.  Simply outrageous and clearly designed to ensure the elderly cannot be supported.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
