Check the Ringer:

Ensure your phone's ringer is turned on.
Call Forwarding:

If you hear half a ring on incoming calls, deactivate Call Forwarding through your Xfinity Voice features.
Test Different Jacks:

Plug a working corded phone into different jacks to check for a malfunctioning phone or jack.
Restart Modem:

Restart your modem to resolve connectivity issues.
