$100 internet installation fee

My mom  got free internet  as paet of of a phone package.  I tried hooking  it up but it wouldn't  connect  so I had her call xfinity  to have  someone  come and troubleshoot  it snd turns out she  was not given  the right cords Why should  she have  to pay for their mistake?
