$107 charge for Xfinity fixing their equipment on pole
5 years ago there was a transponder explosion on pole that burned up everything. FPL put new pole in and Xfinity put replacement on old pole. Had many problems and called for almost 5 years. Assured if problem not in house, no charge. Transferred their equipment to new pole and problems stopped. Lo and behold, charged $107. Opened case, escalated and will. Or take charge away. It’s fine because after 35 years, att put fiber lines in and like many neighbors, we are done with Xfinity and their [Edited: "Inflammatory"]! Don’t get me started on having every channel and then having all premium channels removed and told to pay for each. R we ad neww we s about so many lost customers. They don’t care. Bill and maybe they’ll pay. Forgot there is competition now!
