156$ bill for one line

Hi, I’m xfinity customer for more than 2 years. I had 2 lines and unlimited internet.

i suspended 1 line and ask not to charge it but xfinity agree, but charged. When I complained I was credited back the amount. My normal bill was 100$ (42$ device loan, other for the line). 

but!

right now my bill is $156, projected bill is $153. To my bill is added 25$ for one line and 25$ for the other (suspended line)!!!!

what this??? I already pay 100$ for the line and device. And bad internet after 20GB. Why I am charged 50$ more????

I ask to waive these charges and credit it back.

I also ask to exclude them from the next bills!

I also paid off the device (and received email from xfinity that I paid it off!!!!) but still charged in the next bill!!!!!
