24 Month Contract Stopped After Only 5 Months
I got a transfer deal for cable, internet, home security in November 2024 for $303.27. It’s April 2025 and my bill is $438. I’ve tried calling and live chat. Nobody will escalate this past the agent. I’ve asked to be transferred to someone that can basically turn the switch back on because it was obviously turned off. The language barrier is crazy. I kept having to ask them to repeat what they were saying. How did the 24 Month Contract Stop Only 5 Months In? Why can’t my issue go past one agent? Xfinity has been a thorn since I moved back in November 2024. I also have to call multiple times every month just to get a $25 stand alone fee removed from my Xfinity mobile bill. I say multiple because the 1st time for that month they don’t actually remove the fee. I have to call back the following week to ask them again. On the 2nd call I actually see the $25 credit. Then of course the next month comes and just like magic, the stand alone fee is back again. I can honestly say after almost 10 years of being a customer at Xfinity, it maybe time to move on!
