$80 was to be credited yesterday to my account

After an extremely long day and you can read the note yourself. I was promised there would be $80 credited on the account within 5 to 6 hours It's now been close to 24 hours. Please look back at the notes please credit the account ASAP now this morning the $80 as promised.
