I need to speak to a person. I need you to find a better deal than what I am paying now. It seems all I do is pay more and more for less and less.

Don't you have any decent deals. 

Or am I supposed to cancel and find a better deal than what you can do for me. I don't understand why you don't even have a real person that I can talk with.
