Account closure and overdue equipment

Hi, I went through some personal things and was unaware that my xfinity hadn't been cancelled and the equipment not returned. I was made aware once sunrise debt collectors had my information. This brought down my credit by nearly 100 points interrupting my life big time. Is there someone I can speak to at xfinity about returning the equipment and having it removed from the final bill? I'd like to get this taken care of asap!
