Account sent to collections and recalled

HI , 

I have an account [EDIT: acct #]  sent to collections (eastern account systems) - and recalled 3 days back to xfinity. Its for an account i cant even sign into ( old account) and hence cant use the chat feature. What number do i call to talk about this account.
