I got an e-mail that my auto payment was declined. I want to verify that it wasn't. I think it was a scam.

user_lbw4j7 My team can further look into your autopay concerns today. Did you have a payment scheduled for today? Did you check in our Xfinity app? That's a great place to manage billing, and to make sure autopay is turned on.
