Hello,

My name is <Edit personal information>, and I am writing to request a refund for an internet plan that was recently changed without my approval. The plan was increased from $40 to $100 per month, and I was unaware of the additional charges. I was paying more than I intended to pay, and I was only interested in internet service, not voice or Peacock.

When I attempted to pay for a year of service, I discovered that my actual bill exceeded the amount I had requested. I was only interested in internet service, not voice or Peacock.

Additionally, when I contacted customer service to inquire about the changes, I was informed that the charges were installation fees, which were also substantial.

The plan was originally intended to cost $40, not $100. I have incurred over $2,000 in charges that I did not approve of. I would like to request a refund for these charges, as the situation is unacceptable. I would also like to pay for a year of service.
