Add a family member's name to bill

Hello,

I need to add my brother's name to my statement. I chatted with a customer rep last week and was told done.

But today I checked with another agent. And i was told my brother's name was only added as a primary user and wouldn't show up on the statement.

Can someone help me?

user_jmqe3w Good morning! Thank you for reaching out for assistance with your request to add your brother's name to your statement from our Xfinity Forums Team. I'd be happy to help you get his name added toay. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
