Adding A Family Member to Bill for Proof of Address

Hi,

I would like to add a family member to the billing statement for proof of address. I searched the forum and saw official answers about sending a private message to Xfinity Support to solve this issue, but I couldn't find the icon to send a private message. Could you please help me with this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Greetings user_ifjx0a. There can only be one primary account holder. The change of account ownership may result in the disconnection of the existing account and creation of a new account, depending on the scenario. You are able to add this person as a secondary user, under and account manager profile, but you would need to transfer the services to this person directly and remove yourself to use for proof of residence. If this person has their own cell phone, that might be an easier option to accomplish the goal if you do not want to be removed from the account.
