adding a new debit card, but keep getting errors
I want to add a new debit card for payment , but I keep getting errors on both website and app.
It says "You can't add a new payment method yet. We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already"

Hello @user_t5zwe5, thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are encountering issues updating your payment. Do you have the 2-step verification turned on? You can check in the app by clicking account at the bottom of the screen, then account settings. Choose Xfinity ID and security, and you should see 2-step verification.
