Adding roommate's name to bill
Hi, I want to add my roommate's name to my bill so that they can use it for proof of address. I've seen from previous posts in this forum that I need to connect with an Xfinity employee to do this, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get in touch with a human. Please help!

I also can't figure out how to send a DM to Support. I am on a computer using Chrome, and the only icons I see in the upper right are the "notifications" bell icon, and my account management icon. There is no chat icon.

We are able to make adjustments to the way names appear on the billing, and would love to help you accomplish this. Please be aware that changes can take up to 2 billing periods to reflect, depending on when the changes are made.
