Agent didn’t close my account.

The agent didn’t cancel my service. She messed it all up. I transferred my service to my mom’s account and they are STILL CHARGING MY OLD ACCOUNT I CAN’T GET INTO.

I can’t make these people understand. My bank had to dispute it and NOW they are charging me for payment being sent back? No. That’s not how this works.

My service was canceled at the end of August!!!! They kept my payment information instead of closing it and still charged me!

y’all are not getting money from me! Fix this or I’ll find an attorney who can because your messages are borderline harassment.

Now they can’t find any information associated with my account through my name or email address. That’s because it doesn’t exist you morons. I will not be paying this bill you keep sending me. Keep on and I will get an attorney. I promise. And no, I will not drive to a store in person to ask about this. This is your screwup, not mine, LINDA.

@Falsebill Thanks for meeting us here in our community about your bill. We'll gladly review all your account, and address your billing concerns. Please send us a Direct Message with your name and complete service address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

@XfinityLinda no, that’s not how this

works. I’m not taking time out of my day to investigate your screwup in person at your stupid location. Stop the bills or I will get an attorney. You can’t find my information because the account doesn’t exist, you morons!
