Agreed upon Deal is not Applied

I would like to escalate this problem and talk to a representative. I have talked to multiple agents and I was promised the deal and it is not being honored. I need to speak with a representative, I have saved transcripts clearly outlining the agreement. There was zero miscommunication, they offered a deal and I accepted it.
