Greetings, @user_e5f44d! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this purchase. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Are you referring to the docuseries narrated by Tom Hanks that aired on NBC about a year ago? It is currently available for streaming on Peacock. Did you purchase this through your X1 set-top box, or was it purchased online? I tried to see if it was available on my Xfinity Stream app, but I was redirected to those other options. Either way, it should be listed under "My Library" > "Purchases." Has your account already been billed for this purchase, by any chance? Please let me know, and we can look into this a little deeper if necessary.
user_e5f44d@XfinityJamesC Did not mention anything about public. The gray box is an automatic Badge that pops up, so you know you are talking with an Xfinity agent. The X1 set-top box would be one of our TV boxes. If you are still at the same address and are using the same TV boxes, the content should be stored right on your TV box. If you have moved or no longer have one of our TV boxes, you still have access to the content; it would just be online using our Xfinity Stream portal or the Xfinity Stream app. Have you by chance moved since you made the purchase?
