App is not working to pay bills

I cannot use the app to pay my bills. When I attempted to pay using the website it directed me to the app. How can I pay my bills. This is beyond frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience for having with the Xfinity app. I do recommend clearing your caches and cookings and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. We do offer many ways to pay your Xfinity bill, including:

  • Online: Log in to xfinity.com and select Make a payment from the top of the homepage. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or transfer money from a US bank checking or savings account. 

 

  • Xfinity app: Download the app, sign in, and select Make an Early Payment. 

 

  • Xfinity Voice Remote: Say "Pay my bill" or "my Account" into the remote. 

 

  • By mail: Send a check or cashier's check drawn on a US bank account using the insert from your bill. Do not mail cash. 

 

  • Xfinity Retail Store: Use a self-service kiosk to pay with cash, traveler's checks, or a credit or debit card. 

 

  • Western Union Quick Collect: Pay with cash or money order at a location like Rite Aid, Walgreens, or Dollar General. 

 

  • CheckfreePay: Pay at a location in Walmart or Kroger. 

 

  • Apple Pay: Pay online using Apple Pay in the Safari web browser on a compatible Apple device. 

 

  • Xfinity customer service: Call 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) to pay with a credit or debit card, or to enroll in automatic payments
