Autopay Discount Not Applied Changing Internet Plan

Hello, I switched internet plans and the autopay discount ($10/month) is not being applied. I am paying with a bank account number. Please help correct this.

user_lo_ti Good morning to you! I'm sorry about the system not applying the $10.00 autopay discount. I love a discount, so if this one is not being applied you came to the right place for help!
Do you have your bank account details set up through your Xfinity account? 
If you recently added your account for autopay it could take up to 45 days before the discount appears. Did you recently set up autopay? I would love to help out and make sure that you are able to access your account and that the correct discounts are being applied.

Hello Paula! I did add the banking account when I noticed the discount did not apply. When I went to check out, it took off the 10 dollar discount. After trying a few times, sometimes it appears, but after confirming the order the confirmation details showed that it took off the 10/month discount.

user_lo_ti Thank you for using autopay and for taking advantage of the discount. It's an easy way to save each month.
I know you went back and forth with it showing and not showing, but I'm happy that the discount is now in the confirmation details. Did you have any additional issues with the 'access denied' error when signing in to the account?
