Autopay discount

I was promised a $10 discount per month if I switched to autopay. I have paid two bills with auto deduct and still have not seen any discount reflected.

user_ih5ncm Thank you for reaching out! You will want to ensure you have enrolled in autopay with a bank account to be eligible for a $10.00 per month automatic payments and paperless billing discount. We no longer offer discounts using a credit/debit card.
