Autopay eligibility

Hi! I recently signed up for an Xfinity account and would like to know if I'm eligible for the autopay discount.

Also - why is it so difficult to chat with a real agent over the phone or chat? The virtual assistant makes it impossible to do so and can't help with my query either.

There should have been an outline in the approval document for your plan advising a discount for being enrolled in autopay and paperless billing. We can also check on the account for you if you'd like. WE will need your information to access the account, and would request to please send our team a direct message with your full name and address.

 

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
