Autopay eligibility
Hi! I recently signed up for an Xfinity account and would like to know if I'm eligible for the autopay discount.
Also - why is it so difficult to chat with a real agent over the phone or chat? The virtual assistant makes it impossible to do so and can't help with my query either.
