Autopay/Potential Double Charge
Hi!
I have autopay set up and 10/1 was my due date, it looked like the autopay process had begun but I wasn’t sure. I ended up just paying “early” on 10/1. Will I get double charged for this? If my bank gets double charged how do I get a refund or does it go towards credit for the next billing cycle?

@user_5uo578 This is a great question! You can check to see if it can be canceled on your side by your bank. From our side it would go as a credit on your account and will be applied towards your next months bill.
