Autpay page not loading

I'm trying to access the autopay page in billing but when trying to load the page it just loads a blank white page with nothing on it.

user_ssmnij Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! Just to clarify, are you trying to access billing via the Xfinity App or via a web browser? Can you share what troubleshooting steps you may have already taken such as uninstalling and re-installing the app, clearing cache and cookies on your web browser or trying a different web browser? While our team isn't able to process payments we can help you attempt to troubleshoot the concern with the autopay.
