Availability of offers posted online.

Hello. I see these offers posted online, and am curious if are available to an existing customer. Mainly the 500 and 1000mbps

Hello @acillatem, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. To find current options for already existing customers please check out this link: https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service?

I did that before. It takes me to a page that asks for the address, then tells me their is already service there, and gives me one option to log in, if that's my address, which it is, of course. I log in, and the page with the supposed options, NEVER loads. So I don't get to see any options whatsoever. The other day I looked, and somehow magically got the options, but only to add to my existing. They didn't show all the available plans. For example, what if I wanted to downgrade to the 200mbps plan. That isn't what I want, but just saying, it was really odd, that the full spectrum of plan wasn't shown, like it always did in the past, hence me posting that screenshot in the original post.

That page I'm referring to, STILL hasn't loaded. It's been 10 minutes. And I have good internet, it's not that, lol.

Then the chat option appears on the left side, with no ability to talk with a human. So the only way I was able to see any 'plans', was to check an address that I knew didn't have Xfinity, to see anything. That's how I got that screenshot. It's very frustrating.

I wondered if it was a Firefox thing, so tried Chrome, and it loaded. It shows my current plan, then my same plan to the right, for $19, which I'm assuming is the current price. It's odd that my current plan isn't shown at a cheaper, or same price. It typically has always shown it that way. In other words, if my contract was about to expire, I don't see an option to get my same plan, at essentially the same price, if not a little less, like I always have in the past. Unless they've just raised prices, across the board??

Anyhow, oddly, it shows the 800mbps for $9 a month more, and I'm assuming that would be before my autopay discount, which is $10/month off, so could I get the 800mbps plan for essentially whay I'm paying now, after my discount? That's how it appears,

On a side note, the chat option pops up, with a live agent, and I'm telling them what I'm seeing, and the person asks me if I'm looking at the new customer deals, which I'm not, so that's useless.

Anyway, hope all that made some sense, and you can clarify, especially about the 800mbps plan, and I am curious if any of the prices in the screenshot n my original post, are available to me.

Thanks.

This is weird.....went back to that page after my last post, and I clicked on a different one, and got these prices. This is more like what I was talking about. But why on the 500, does it say -$9 a month on top, then +$10 on the bottom?

And the 1000mbps looks like $10/month more, so with my auto pay, it would be the same?? I'm a little confused now, lol.
