Avoiding late payments

My bill is due onto he 25th of this month. I don't get paid until the 29th. I want to schedule a payment for the 29th to avoid late fees and keep my account in good standings. I tried to change my bill date but that takes 2 months once you apply for it. Then I tried to reach out to support thru the app but didn't get response. I commented a little on someone else's post and got some standard reply with info that didn't help

@user_kingL0926 This is a great question.  We have options, for our residential accounts.

If your payment is late and not received by the end of the billing cycle a late fee is applied. I have a link with more details https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/missing-bill-payment

We also offer automatic payments to avoid being late and the late fees.

I have a link with the steps to set it up https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments

As a friendly reminder you can use the Xfinity App to set a payment arrangement to avoid disconnection as well as change your bills due date.

I have a link with the steps on how to change your due date.
