bad customer service

awful frustrating customer service - three accounts and no way you can get billing issues resolved.  I can only assume it is intentional.  So many hours wasted.  The chat feature is a total joke...endless loop of idiocy.  No intelligence - artificial or otherwise.

Hey @user_bbbbht, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I can most certainly understand the importance of ensuring the Xfinity account, billing, and services are in correct order. Would you be able to provide some more specific details pertaining to the billing concerns you currently have? We would love to hear from you and see how we can best assist you.

I have three accounts.  Two accounts are for apartments that are joined (919 & 918).  We originally had 918 and just recently combined it with 919.  We have and wanted to activate internet at 919 (which serves both apartments since they're joined).   We have been charged for two visits to activate internet at 919 and one at 918.  We don't want or need internet at 918 - the old apartment - and never wanted it reactivated.  And should only have been charged for one visit...not three attempts.  We don't even need a seasonal $8/month hold at 918 - I only did that to avoid another customer service runaround.  All we needed was 919 to be activated once; that's all.  I have attempted to explain this 6 times, and have various commitments of credits, etc...but new charges keep appearing.  Your chat feature is a complete fail - endless loop and no ability to help.  At the same time, our account in Philadelphia suddenly went up, with no choices to keep the same cost or mirror what I have at 919.  I can pay more for less.  The entire experience is driving me to consider t-mobile internet where it is available...so frustrating and such a huge waste of my time and energy.
