Bad service
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the customer service I have recently experienced, as well as an unjust charge that was applied to my account after I canceled my service.
I recently decided to cancel my Xfinity service because the price increased so significantly that it became unaffordable. After following the proper cancellation procedures and confirming that my account was closed, I was shocked to receive an additional charge on my final bill.
When I contacted customer support to dispute this charge, I was met with long hold times, constant transfers between departments, and inconsistent information regarding the reason for the extra fee. No one was able to provide a clear or satisfactory explanation, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and support.
I am requesting an immediate review of my account and a refund of the unjust charge. I would also appreciate a written explanation as to why this charge was applied after my service was canceled.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with Xfinity’s customer service and billing practices. I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.
