Balance transfer?
I recently moved so my wifi came with.
I was charged a “balance transfer” which i’m assuming has to do with the move.
Just wanting to be sure I will not be charged again for this in the follow months to come. If so, will switching to another provider possibly make this additional charge disappear?

Congratulations on your move, we know moving can be stressful and happy you took us with you to your new home. With the balance transfer, typically that is the remaining amount that would be due from the previous location. Once that is transferred, it would be a 1 time thing and nothing more.
