Bankruptcy

I can’t find out where to send my bankruptcy filing information? I have tried calling and cannot get through to anyone. Please tell me how to do this so I can move forward

Good afternoon and happy Sunday @user_34rn7m, we hope you're having a wonderful day so far. We will need to get a ticket submitted over to the proper team and can definitely assist with this. In order for us to submit the ticket, we'll need to collect some sensitive information. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

The Direct Message icon looks like a pencil and paper icon in the top right hand corner @user_34rn7m. You may need to log in first. If you are logged in and still not seeing it, try clearing cache and cookies or an alternate web browser.
