Been Trying for 3 Months to Get My Refund to Go Through
Last year I lived in Seattle, Washington and I had Xfinity internet at my house. I moved to Delaware in November. When I moved, I returned my Xfinity gear and they shut off my account. I was not charged in December because they shut off my Seattle address/account in November when I moved. In January this year, I set up Xfinity in my new Delaware apartment. In July I noticed I was being charged twice a month for my Xfinity bill. I moved from seattle in November and shut off my Xfinity in Seattle. I wasn't charged in December because I moved. When I moved to my current residence in January, in Delaware, I see that is when I began to be charged for my previous seattle residenence. I need to be refunded for all of the months I have been charged for the Seattle address while not living there. I was charged $35 per month January-July, which is $245.
I have been trying to do this for 2 months now. I chatted with a million agents and have done 4 calls. I got on 2 hour a call with an Xfinity agent this past Saturday who said they would send me the $245 but they can only send it in increments of $110. So the the first $110 on Saturday. The Second $110 on Sunday. And the final $35 on Monday. They also said I would receive an email confirming the refund and how I would like to receive it, either as credit in my account or a refund back to my card. I still have’t received an email and it’s Tuesday. I would let this go but we’re not just talking about a one time payment of $35. I would really appreciate some help with this. I’m done with the live chats and I can barely understand the people on the phone and they can barely understand me. I just wan this to be over. Any help is appreciated! :)
