Being Billed for 2 plans at once

I switched from Internet/phone ($126) to Internet-only ($70). I am still being charged for both plans. Customer service told me to disable autopay and that a credit would appear. When I look at my bill now, I owe over $500 dollars including a $10 late fee.

Please resolve as soon as possible!

Let's get your billing looked at right away as you certainly should not have two different packages being billed in full for the same service. Can you send me a direct message with your full name and complete service address to get started? We will get to the bottom of this billing concern together.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
