being charged twice

i have been charged from both my accounts for the same months and need someone to help me get my refund and I have docs to prove that.

I am very sorry to hear about the billing issues you are experiencing, as someone that likes to have a budget set out for every month I know I would be upset if something caused that budget to get messed up, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at this issue for you. So when you mentioned that you were charged for both accounts, are these both active accounts?
