Being double billed for a second account
I opened an xfinity internet account a year ago and recently noticed I've been being billed for 2 accounts at my address when I only have ONE account at ONE address. Because I signed up for autopay, xfinity has taken double the money for a year without my approval. I have tried canceling or unlinking the second, unused account, but I can't unlink it because autopay is turned on. I can't access the second, unused account because I didn't set it up in the first place. So, I can't turn off autopay which would allow me to unlink the account and stop paying for a second account in my name that isn't being used.
