Bill credit after Peacock Premium couldn't be activated`

We lost our current deal and was offered to upgrade to a higher tier of service with the option to add Peacock premium plus to our service as a benefit late last year.  After months and months of troubleshooting and everything they did not working, the support finally gave up and offered to offset me purchasing a year of Peacock Premium Plus by giving me a bill credit of $11.66 over the next twelve months.  I see that they did it for my first month, but subsequent months they have failed to do so. Is it possible to have someone can help me resolve this?
