Bill dispute

I just enquired about iphone17 offer with customer care on phone and got email after that saying my monthly internet bill has increased from $25 to $91 without my confirmation. Raised ticket [Edit: Personal Information] 9 days ago. No resolution. Visited Redmond WA xfinity store, talked with customer care for hours without any result.
