Bill doubled for services I didn't use or ask for on autopay.
I've been paying for internet for two years. Last month the bill doubled, it didn't go through and I've just paid three months at twice the cost to avoid a service disruption. I believe it's because somehow TV services have been added. I live alone and don't have a TV and have never streamed anything. It's possible my account was hacked. It's possible the person at the store when I initially got service used some bundling discount, but Ive never wanted or used whatever bundle it might have been and it was not cheap, $55 for basic internet only. Please HELP. I can't connect to an agent about the billing because the system said there's an outage. I could not afford to pay over $300 today, I'll need to go to a store and cancel service ASAP if I can't resolve it here.

@user_4lsmm5 It can be frustrating when your bill changes unexpectedly, I will pull up your account so we can review the charges together. These kinds of increases are typically due to promotional discounts expiring on both the service and equipment resulting in quite the increase. Rest assured that you’re connected with the right team to take care of all of your Xfinity questions and concerns and cover your options to fit your entertainment service within your budget's needs.
If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
