Bill has doubled in the last billing cycle with no warning

Hello. I have noticed that my monthly billing for 400mbps internet service jumped from $35 in previous months to $77 in the latest billing cycle. Could you please explain this jump and help me go back to previous fees? Thank you.

@user_efftfp Thanks for bringing your bill concerns to our attention. Have you had the opportunity to check your bill to see if you were on a promotional discount that may have expired? If so this would be on page three of your bill. 

I am happy to check over your bill and see what options we have to lower it for you.
