Bill help

Hello, I am wondering if there are any options for me to get help with my $900 bill with xfinity right now. 

I moved recently as I have before with all my services transferring just fine. This last time the agent didnt tell me my cameras would change to full price amounts after moving this last time. I had a past due balance which I had already made plans to pay in full but now my bill is $900!!! I work from home and desperately need to keep my services.

You should be able to transfer the installment plan on your cameras when you move to a new address, as long as you are keeping all your services the same.

@XfinityJamesC​ Okay well I've sent 2 messages now. I knew already that I could have the camera installment payments transferred because I had previously moved addresses once before, thank you for verifying that for me. So what can I do? Because there's no way I can throw $900 at a internet bill, out of my rent check too this next payday. Besides, $900 for internet is OUTRAGEOUS. Especially when the cameras can't be used with smart home assistants, the smart kwikiset lock thing, both that I tried and returned always jammed. Internet is decent, mobile is pretty good. But yet I can't even add more than 1 device line on my mobile account either.
