Bill higher than I agreed to

Hi, 

I agreed to the plan that says I’ll pay around $65 per month. My bill says I’m getting charged $155 per month and this is much higher than I was told I would pay. I need to fix this or find out more info as soon as possible.

I am sorry to learn about this experience of how you are not seeing what you agreed upon. You've knocked on the right door in virtual land. We are an expert team that specializes in resolving billing concerns such as this over social media. May I ask when you agreed to this plan? Please keep in mind that at Comcast, we bill one month in advance so we ask that you allow at least one month's billing cycle for everything to reflect correctly after the prorations.
