bill increase from $108 to $145

As of December 2024 my monthly bill was $108. For a house guest I added Britbox for 2 months, expecting to pay $118 each of those months. In January, I was billed $118. For February, I was billed $126. I called the Loyalty Department who said that I should go ahead and pay $126 and that I would be notified of new deals at the end of the month. It's the end of the month now, haven't heard anything about new deals.

Meanwhile, for March, my bill is $135. And I just saw that for April my bill is going to be $146. Could someone please get me back to my normal bill?
