Bill increase with no explanation
My bill has changed in the last 6 months from 46.20, to 66.20, to 69.20. I have received NO COMMUNICATION as to WHY it has changed. I only get wifi. Any idea why it has changed so much? I literally can't find a customer service number and the AI assistant is not helpful at all (shocker).
