Bill increase

Upcoming bill jumped from $89 to $144. Noticed Loyalty Discount was removed, how can I get that added back to my account please?

I see that you mentioned your bill increased and that a loyalty discount was removed. It’s possible the discount expired, as these are typically applied for a 12‑month promotional period. That said, we’d be happy to review your account further and explore options to help reduce your monthly bill. To get started, please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name, along with the service address associated with the account. 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
