Bill is higher with no explanation

Good morning,  My bill at one of my homes is higher this month by $20. I cannot find any changes to services, etc that would cause this increase. The Xfinity Assistant is of no help. It would not even connect me to a live chat because there is an outage somewhere nearby and every agent is too busy. Can someone please explain why my bill is $20 higher? Has some promotion ended? Please help-

user_0866e3 Good morning! Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our Community Forums Support. Unexpected increases in billing can be alarming. Usually, the expiration of a promotion and verbiage is on page 3 of your statement. I'm happy to take a look on my end as well, to see what could be causing the increase, and review some options. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Hi there, @user_3kbex7! The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history I would recommend taking a look to see if that is the case here. Let me know!
