Bill issues but I haven’t had Service

Hi I am as issued a credit on my bill but I haven’t had service since September 27 when hurricane Helene hit. So I’m confused as to why I’m paying when there’s no service.

Thanks for reaching out! I do hope you and your family are safe during the recent natural disasters that we have from the severe weather from the Hurricanes.  This link https://south.comcast.com/2024/09/24/helene/ is updated every 24 hrs., The xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps is another great tool to check on the services.

 

Have you checked the xfinity app or https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap  to see when your services will be back up running yet ?

There is a team working on it outside my house the reported date keeps changing and isn’t guaranteed. So I’m looking for an update in credit or an accurate bill. Note: restoration is 10/18 was 10/14 before that was 10/19.

Thanks for clarifying, the times can change as the times given are just an estimated time, I'll be happy to look at your account and your area,  to see if we can give you an update on when your services should be back up and running.
