Bill pay

Paying your bill on the app is not working hasn't been working for a month.. keeps saying error and will be resolved but it's not being resolved.. been trying to pay me bill for a month now it's late been late and can't pay it. You don't send me a bill so I can't send a check in the mail and paying by phone is a joke your automated voice is not working either it cuts out talking to you every single time it tries to tell you something

@user_wrxp1v Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I appreciate your efforts to ensure the bill is paid, this definitely isn't the experience we want for our valued customers. Can you tell me what type of error you are running into when you try to pay your bill through the app? Have you tried logging into our website via a browser instead to see if you can process that payment there?

It is STILL timing out when trying to pay the bill. This has been happening for MONTHS.  Attached is the error message.  If you choose continue it just times out again giving you the same message.
