Paying my bill. I am not getting a code and can't pay bill. Also I need my checking unlocked.

To clarify, are you attempting to use the Xfinity App to receive a code and pay your bill? If so, we recommend starting with some basic troubleshooting that often resolves issues like these on the spot.

 

You can force-close the app, log out, clear the app's cache, uninstall, re-install, etc. Let us know if any of those steps help resolve the code and bill-pay concern! Regarding your checking (account I assume), has your payment method been blocked?
